Apple milk shake

ORIGIN:

"Apple Milk Shake" is rich in pectin,potassium,flavonoids and silver.Potassium is essential for functioning of neuro fluids and helps in the functioning of the brain.Silver is good for health.As the saying goes "An apple a day keeps the doctor away".

INGREDIENTS

Apple - 2

Sugar - 1 1/2 cup.

Milk - 3 cups.

PROCEDURE

Step 1:First of all wash the apple with clean water.

Step 2:Cut the apples into small pieces.

Step 3:Now,add little amount of milk to the apple slices and grind in a mixer-grinder or in a juicer to get thick paste.

Step 4:Now,add 1 1/2 cups. of sugar and 3 cups of milk to the grinded paste and mix well.

Step 5:Stir well.

Step 6:Refrigerate for atleast 1/2 an hour.

Step 7:Serve cold .

NOTE:

*Take all the ingredients in the above mentioned quantity only.

*Add enough sugar and refrigerate.

*Do not expose the chopped apple pieces to room temperature for longer as it would turn brown due to pectin content and silver oxide formation.
