Banana Milk Shakes

ORIGIN:
"Banana Milk Shakes" are rich in iron and fat . It helps in easy digestion. It is cheaper in cost and easily available all over the world.

INGREDIENTS

Bananas - 3

Sugar - 1 cup.

Milk - 600 gms.

PROCEDURE

Step 1:Peel off the skin of the bananas and chop into small slices.

Step 2:Add milk and sugar to the chopped banana slices.

Step 3:Now ,grind the banana slices with milk and sugar in a mixer-grinder or a juicer and mix well.

Step 4:Refrigerate for atleast 1/2 an hour .

Step 5:Serve cold.

NOTE:

*Use yellow bananas only.

*Take all the ingredients in the above mentioned quantity only.

*Add enough sugar and refrigerate.
