Chikku Milk Shake

ORIGIN:

"Chikku milk shake" is rich in fruit sugar that is fructose and fibre content.It is easily available all over India at lower prices.Diabetic patients stay way!It tastes yummy !

INGREDIENTS

Chikku - 6

Sugar - 1cup

Milk - 750gms

PROCEDURE

Step 1:First of all wash the chikku with clean water till all the mud goes away.

Step 2:Then,peel off the skin of chikku and remove the seeds from it.

Step 3:Add little milk to the the peeled off chikku fruits and grind in a mixer-grinder or a juicer to make a thick paste.

Step 4:Then, add 1 cup of sugar and milk (750 gms) to the grinded paste and mix well.

Step 5:Stir well.

Step 6:Refrigerate for atleast 1/2 an hour.

Step 7:Serve cold.

NOTE:

*Take all the ingredients in the above mentioned quantity only.

*Add enough sugar and refrigerate.

*Do not forget to remove the seeds ,if grinded with seeds it tastes bitter.

*Do not forget to peel off the skin as the skin is usually muddy .
