Fresh Lemon Juice

ORIGIN:

"Lemon juice" is rich in vitamin C.It is used as a diet factor with salt.It prevents us from dehydration.It cools the body and is a good drink to be had during summer.

INGREDIENTS

Lemon - 3 (small)

Sugar - 12 tsps.

Salt - a pinch

Water - 4 cups.

PROCEDURE

Step 1:Cut the lemon into halves with a knife.

Step 2:Now, use a lemon squeezer to squeeze the lemon halves.

Step 3:Filter the squeezed lemon juice in a bowl.

Step 4:Add a pinch of salt ,water (4 cups) and sugar (12 tsps.)to the juice and mix well.

Step 5:Refrigerate the lemon juice for atleast 1/2 an hour.

Step 6:Serve cold.

NOTE:

*Take all the ingredients in the above mentioned quantity only.

*Use juicy lemon fruits.

*Do not squeeze too hard otherwise lemon juice will be bitter.

*Add enough sugar and refrigerate.

*Use clean boiled cold water.

*Use the special lemon squeezer.
