Fruit Salad

ORIGIN:

"Fruit salad" rich in almost all the vitamins as it is prepared using the most nutritious fruits.It is a must in business or party luncheons and dinners.It serves as a healthy breakfast too.

INGREDIENTS

Apple - 1

Grapes - 100 gms.

Chikku - 2

Ripe Mango-1

Orange - 1

Pineapple pieces - 8

Sugar - 100 gms.

Milk-1 cup.

Corn flour - 1tsp.

PROCEDURE

Step 1:First of all wash all the fruits and chop them into small pieces.

Step 2:Add 1 cup of milk to the chopped fruits and sugar (100 gms.),and corn flour(1 tsp.)

Step 3:Now,mix well.

Step 4:Refrigerate for atleast 2 to 3 hours.

Step 5:Serve cold.

NOTE:

*Take all the ingredients in the above mentioned quantity only.

*Add enough sugar and refrigerate.

*Use fresh and fully ripe fruits only.
