Orange juice

ORIGIN:

"Orange juice" is rich in vitamin C.It cools the body and is a good drink to be had during summer.Oranges are available during winter in the Northern India.

INGREDIENTS

Orange - 4

Sugar - 12 tsps.

Water - 3 cups.

PROCEDURE

Step 1:Cut the Orange fruits into halves.

Step 2:Now squeeze each halfed Orange piece of fruit using a squeezer .

Step 3:Filter the squeezed juice in a juice filter.

Step 4:Add 3 cups of water and sugar (12 tsps.) to the juice and mix well.

Step 5:Refrigerate for atleast 1/2 hour.

Step 6:Serve cold with sipping straw.

NOTE:

*Take all the ingredients in the above mentioned quantity only.

*Use juicy and big sized Oranges.

*Squeeze thoroughly with a squeezer.

*Add enough sugar and refrigerate.

*Use clean boiled cold water.
