Ripe Mango Juice

ORIGIN:
"Ripe Mango juice" is rich in Fibre content and vitamin A.It is usually available in the summer seasons in India.It is a popular and highly preferred fruit in Andhra Pradesh.It gives heating effect and therefore ,too much of mango consumption creates stomach problem.However, having a glass of milk with ripe mangoes avoids such problems.

INGREDIENTS

Ripe Mango - 2

Sugar - 1/2 cup.

Water - 2 cups.

PROCEDURE

Step 1:Peel of the skin of the ripe mangoes.

Step 2:Then ,cut the mango into considerably small pieces.

Step 3:Add little water to these mango pieces and grind in a mixer-grinder or in a juicer.

Step 4:Add sugar and 2 cups of water to the grinded mixture and mix well.

Step 5:Stir well.

Step 6:Refrigerate the mango juice.

Step 7:Serve cold with cut ripe mango pieces.

NOTE:

*Take all the ingredients in the above mentioned quantity only.

*Add enough sugar and refrigerate.

*Use clean boiled cold water.
